The sanitary line route was confirmed before the floor was opened. The valve was installed with proper flow direction and an accessible cover for future inspection and cleaning.
The pump, basin, float, check valve, and discharge route were reviewed as a complete groundwater system. The final test confirmed water was moving away from the foundation.
Water entry was managed from inside with drainage routed to a sump system. The work focused on collecting groundwater before it reached finished basement areas.
